Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing:

Upon receiving your order confirmation email, we will process your order within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends, and holidays.. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Please note that shipping prices are subject to change based on the USPS's discretion.

USPS First Class Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Cost: $5

​

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Cost: $10-$15

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping via USPS. International orders will be shipped using a third-party shipping company through USPS. Please be aware that once the package clears customs, USPS tracking may no longer be updated. Tracking information is dependent on the country it is moving through and may vary.

Please note that import duties, taxes (including VAT), and any additional charges are the customer's responsibility and may be imposed upon delivery in your destination country. Novem is not liable for these charges.

Checking Order Status:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly contact us at novemarchery@gmail.com, providing your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns within 5 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, excluding the shipping costs for the return. Please note that tabs that have been split before shipping and custom orders are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at novemarchery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo depicting the item's condition as soon as possible. We handle such cases on an individual basis and will make every effort to reach a satisfactory resolution.
